Indica Vs. sativa, what’s Better

If you’re looking to try out cannabis, you might wonder if you want indica or sativa. These are two very popular types of cannabis, and it’s something that’s in practically every kind of cannabis item, including vapes, gummies, and even live plants.

What’s the difference?

Well, the difference is that they’re basically a species, and the hybrids are basically combos of both of these. The main difference can help you figure out whether or not you want to try different types of products. The best thing to do, is to learn the difference between this. Although some research has shown that it doesn’t fully indicate the breakdown of each of the products, and it may not guarantee that it’ll affect you one way or another, it can still help.

If you want to make your energy a lot higher, or if youwnat to calm down, these are all different things that determine the type of strain. The same goes for how you feel. Do you want to feel physically better, or to start feeling more euphoric, boosting your creativity? Indica, sativa and hybrid are great for marketing your products, giving you a consumer of what you’re experiencing.

However, this is changing. That’s because it’s based originally on where it’s coming from, but the thing is, more and more strains are hitting the hybrid level. It’s important to understand that they are definitely different in how they can help, with indica relaxing you and sativa energizing you, but the line between both is becoming thinner and thinner each day.

What indica is

Indica is one that helps offer a body high, helping with insomnia and anxiety. The indica plants are short, bushy, and they contain stalks that are woody. They also have a darker green to it, and they also tend to look broader. They also tend to have the skunky smell that cannabis is known for. Indica also doesn’t flower as long, and it flowers much quicker, helping with pain, insomnia, spasms, glaucoma, epilepsy, and so much more, and it can help with insomnia symptoms.

This is one that’s known for being sedative, and is considered a couch locking sort of property, so be mindful of taking this. But if you take something with more CBD in it, it tends to be less couch locking and more relaxing, and it also can relax if you have a high level of myrcene in it.

Wat about sativa

Sativa is known for creating a head high, so if you want to be creative, or reduce depression, this is how you do it. They’re tall, thin, and they have thinner leaves and a lighter green to it. The stalks are more fibrous, and they flower in up to 14 weeks, and are known for their herbal and sweet smell. They’re great for treating depressive symptoms, loss of appetite and headaches, with the high being more activating and energizing.

This is known to be a bit of an upper, and it can help with improving focus, easing depression symptoms. Some people may even use this as a substitute for a cup of morning coffee.

What about hybrids

These are of course, a mix of both. The thing is, with this is that they do have so many variants it doesn’t fit into one area or another, so it’s important to discuss with a budtender if you’re interested in using this. They’re dominating the world, and it’s something that can be hard for those who need specifically indica or specifically sativa, so keep that in mind when cannabis shopping too.
